How OCD Therapy With Me Works

We begin with an intake and assessment to understand what’s happening, how long it’s been going on, and what you want your life to look like. We talk about your goals and why they matter.

Together, we identify avoidance patterns and safety behaviors. We look closely at the feared outcome you’re trying to prevent, and how compulsions keep the cycle going.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

With the right approach, life will open back up

My work focuses on anxiety and related disorders like OCD and phobias. I take a recovery-based and whole-person approach that goes beyond symptom reduction. The goal isn’t just coping. It’s getting your life back.

Sessions are collaborative, structured, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. We work together to help you face what’s scary while building skills to stay engaged in your life. I’ll help you move at a pace that challenges OCD without overwhelming you.

When not in session, I enjoy trail running, cooking, and reading. I live in northeast Los Angeles with my wife and son.
