For over ten years, I’ve worked as a therapist in community mental health and with high-performing professionals through employee resource programs. My private practice focuses on anxiety and related disorders like phobias and OCD.
My approach is holistic and recovery-oriented. We focus on meaningful life changes, not just symptom reduction. Sessions are active, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based principles. We work at a pace that encourages you without overwhelming you.
When not in session, I enjoy trail running, cooking, and reading. I live in northeast Los Angeles with my wife and son.
